We consider our customers user needs very carefully, so we’ve worked on including and developing induction wok cooker design features similar to our gas wok cooker ranges that have over time proven to be popular with wok chefs.
Overall our aim was to make this induction range uniquely more comfortable and efficient to work with in comparison to typical induction range cookers available on the market.
Suitable for busy restaurant and takeaway kitchens of all sizes, the Induction wok cooker is a convenient alternative to a gas supplied cooker, and boast a long checklist of performance and safety benefits.
Most significantly, the rapid induction hob heating provides fast and efficient on-demand cooking. Lever handle rotary control is standard and the 5kW curved wok burner provides ample room for normal stir fry cooking. It also features automatic pan detection and temperature sensor safety cut-off device.

There is the option available to customise the number of rear position induction burner hobs as required for your kitchens needs, and for also saving on the manufacturing costs of your cooker.

The rounded surface of each wok hob on the Induction wok cooker ensures maximum contact with round base woks for faster cooking and more evenly disturbed heat.

Our 13″ ACK ‘King’ wok is also suitable for use on these cookers. The King Wok range are heavyweight carbon steel woks ideal for commercial kitchens and domestic the hardwood varnished handle maintains a comfortable grip over longer periods of use.
