A versatile and reliable roaster featuring an innovative design which enables easier maintenance and a faster, more energy efficient way of cooking Crispy Pork and Peking Duck to an excellent standard.

At the base of the oven chamber is the DRW Infra Red Radiant Heat Centre Cone which is a uniquely designed diffuser to ensure even heat distribution, and protect fat blocking the burner. This ACK designed and manufactured heat centre cone is commonly referred to as the ‘Doctor Who cone’ because of its resemblance to the time traveller’s arched enemy – the Darlek. As well as handling heat distribution with the ACK roaster oven, the DRW also gives a crispy roasting and BBQ flavour to cooked meat (gas models only).

At the top of the roaster oven is the rotating hanging rail with a bayonet quick release for cleaning and maintenance. Typically the capacity can handle a maximum roast of 12 ducks, 6 crispy belly or a whole suckling pork.

The roaster oven is made of high quality gauge stainless steel and fitted with stainless steel twin bar burners to maintain reliability and constant power for perfect roasting (gas models only).

Powerful, efficient and reliable ovens

  • Fast heat recovery with thermostat controls, reaching up to 310°C within 3 minutes. Two standard size servings ready in 45 minutes. Maximum roast of 12 ducks, 6 crispy pork belly or whole suckling pork.

  • Stainless steel twin bar burner to maintain reliability and constant power for roasting (gas only).

  • Uniquely designed centre cone heater diffuser to ensure even heat distribution and protect fat blocking the burner, also giving a crispy roasting and BBQ flavour to cooked meat (gas only).

  • Higher roasting temperature for crispy pork requires an attachment provided free of charge.

  • Exterior case is insulated with 50mm of high density fire-rated high thermo-insulation material to maintain a temperature below 65C.

Easy to maintain, clean and assemble

  • Constructed with high quality gauge stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance.

  • Rotating hanging ring with bayonet quick release for easy cleaning.

  • Water well grease drip tray with overflow catchments drawer to the bottom right and complete drainage drawer to the bottom left.

  • Easily dismantle and re-assemble to go through a narrow doorway.

  • DO75 requires a minimum of 760mm width across a door way and DO90 requires a minimum of 910mm.
