The Single Flap Holder Wok carbon steel with round base is suitable for commercial restaurant usage and also at home using a wok stand on flat surface domestic cookers.

The Single Flap holder Wok, along with our other lighter models is covered by a unique patented ACK design which features a curved rim to prevent drips around the outside of the wok. Also a base stabilser to stop the wok slipping forward causing spills on to the cooker surface.

Char Shu Pork is a delicious and popular way to flavour and prepare barbecued pork traditionally cooked in Cantonese restaurants. This recipe uses a shoulder cut of pork and seasoned with honey, five-spice powder, red fermented bean curd, dark soy sauce, and hoisin sauce.
