The Robertshaw 7000 is a Multi-Function Gas Valve widely used on most U.S catering equipment e.g.fryers, Imperial U.S range. They are “Straight Line” gas controllers, designed for easy installation and genuine replaceable parts.

They typically provide a permanent pilot burner and regulated control of the gas flow to the main burners.

Includes a rotary gas cock, flame supervision device, a permanent pilot, governor (when specified) and ON/OFF control

The main gas flow is controlled by a number of options such as an electric operator (24V or 240V), a thermopile generator or by a gas thermostat.

Available in a variety of designs to suit pipe size and operating system supply.

Aluminium die-casting frame/housing.
1/2″, 3/4″ or 1″ standard inlet/outlet.
Millivolts, gas operators, 24v or 240 volt.
UL, CSA, CE safety approval.
