The JP V9 Vortex Burner is an essential burner for high powered Chinese wok cooking or stock pots. The circular cast iron construction with 9 brass calibrated jets situated annually around the gas chamber pointing inwards to the central deflector.

The V9 Vortex burner for all types and makes of wok cooker up to 1995 has a unique non-blocking jet system which will keep kitchens running smoothly. Heat Release can be varied up to 120,000 BTU. Gas feed side entry with 3/8″ BSP inlet suitable for Natural Gas or LPG.
