The DRW Infra Red Radiant Heat Centre Cone is a uniquely designed diffuser to ensure even heat distribution and protect fat blocking the burner. This ACK designed and manufactured heat centre cone is commonly referred to as the ‘Doctor Who cone’ because of its resemblance to the time traveller’s arched enemy – the Darlek.
As well as handling heat distribution with the ACK roaster oven, this genuine spare part also gives a crispy roasting and BBQ flavour to cooked meat (gas only).
