A snap acting hydraulic thermostat used to provide temperature control by interrupting gas flow to the burner.

  • For fryers – 200°C
  • Snap acting from “OFF” to full gas flow. Appliance will not require bypass adjustments
  • Adequate capacity for small size to counter-top appliances
  • Applicable to use with high capacity gas operated diaphragm valves
  • Adapts to limited mounting space
